Benefits:
1. The Company encourages training and development of all employees: therefore, the Company will reimburse defined expenses of those employees who attend recognized training courses, institutes, etc. However, no additional payment for time required to attend such courses shall be made following basic wage and hour regulations. The employees Department Manager must approve all expenses pertaining to training and development. The employee must satisfactorily complete training before receiving reimbursement.
2. The Company shall provide and pay for major medical insurance and dental on all qualified employees. Employees may elect to extend this insurance coverage to their spouses and/or dependents; however, the premiums (cost) for such coverage will be deducted from the employee’s pay.
3. The Company shall maintain a Life Insurance Plan for all employees. In the event of death, the employee’s named beneficiary shall receive compensation of the amount specified in the Company’s current life insurance program.
4. The Company recognizes that employees need a scheduled time away from normal work duties for their personal well being. It is the intent of the Company to provide paid leave for salaried, as well as, hourly employees. As a general rule when an employee works for one year, he or she will have accumulated two weeks (10 days) of vacation or paid leave. Vacation/Leave may be granted on a day or part week basis.
5. Reward Program and Compensation is calculated upon job completion and closeout. Any employee who is terminated or who leaves by his/her own wishes are not considered as participants in the Reward Program.
6. Employees shall be allowed to purchase materials, supplies, tools, and services of the Company with the intent to gain Company discount. Prior approval required and payment is immediately due upon receipt.
