CCI Mechanical, Inc., formerly Climate Control Inc., was founded in 1961. CCI is involved in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for commercial and industrial facilities throughout the Western United States.

A strong management team has enabled CCI to develop expertise in several fields. Specifically; CCI specializes in heating, air conditioning, plumbing, pipe fabrication, process piping, and complete service and maintenance packages.

We employ in-house engineers, plumbers, pipe fitters, sheet metal workers, control electricians and service technicians. In addition, we have an in-house pipe fabrication shop and a sheet metal shop.

Some of CCI’s recent and current customers include: Merit Medical Systems, Fairchild Semiconductor, Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation, Jordan Commons, Malt-O-Meal, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Sweet’s Candy, Delta Center, American Stores Tower (now Wells Fargo Tower) and Sportsman's Warehouse.
