We learned about MEP Jobs through a discount offer being made because our company is a Lennox dealer. Since the recruiting process is costly no matter what industry you are in, we chose to check into MEP Jobs. Also, being the main administrator of personnel for our company, I was familiar with this type of service and had confidence in its potential. We have been using MEP Jobs to recruit our HVAC and Refrigeration technicians for a number of years. Since November of 2007, I have hired three solid technicians. The most recent hire was a person I found in the Resume Database. I have used other generalist boards, such as Career Builder, and find that I don't receive as qualified applicants through that type of resource. I plan to continue to use MEP Jobs as my main recruiting tool for my technician positions.
